Make a business plan for your future venture. Consider all the numerous overheads that are inevitable when starting a new case when drafting it.

Open a bank account. Register an individual entrepreneur or LLC with the tax authorities, depending on what type of product you are going to sell. Receive a certificate of registration, an extract from the USRN or the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, statistics codes and register the seal of your organization in the MCI. Obtain all licenses and certifications if necessary.

Rent a room for a future department and a storage compartment in a shopping center. Check out the general rules for doing business in this center. Agree in advance with the management about the rental of advertising space in the premises of the center. Agree with the management on the content of your department's signboard, having previously asked whether it should be designed in a uniform style for the entire center or whether it can be ordered according to an individual sketch.

Purchase all the equipment you need or rent it from the mall owners. Purchase a batch of goods. Manufacturers of many types of goods supply with the products and branded equipment, indicating the company logos. This will help you save on purchases of goods, but the placement of such equipment must be agreed with the administration.

Hire staff and conclude an agreement with the security company in charge of this shopping center on the provision of security services. Enter into an agreement with the administration of the center for cleaning the premises, as well as for storage and handling operations.
