Instructions

Step 1

Select the form of ownership of the enterprise: an individual entrepreneur (IE) or a Limited Liability Company (LLC). Remember that an LLC risks its capital, and an individual entrepreneur risks all its property - movable and immovable.

Step 2

Register a company. To register an individual entrepreneur, prepare the following documents: an application, a copy of the passport, certified by a notary, a receipt for payment of the state fee. To register an LLC, you must also provide the Articles of Association of your company. The content of the Charter is determined by the Federal Law "On Limited Liability Companies". Indicate the maximum possible number of activities in it.

Step 3

If you have chosen an LLC as a form of ownership, open a current account with a bank and deposit the authorized capital on it. An individual entrepreneur may not have a current account.

Step 4

Register a registered company with a TIN - taxpayer identification number. Also, you must register with extra-budgetary funds - the Pension Fund, the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund, the Social Insurance Fund, and the state statistics body.

Step 5

Depending on the type of activity of the enterprise, select the tax regime: ordinary, simplified and imputed income. On this issue, be sure to consult a specialist.
