Starting a business without start-up capital is not easy in any country. However, the government of Kazakhstan is trying to comprehensively support start-up entrepreneurs by providing them with tax breaks and developing programs to support small businesses.
Instructions
Step 1
Develop a business idea on the basis of which you will carry out your business activities. To do this, you need to study the market for goods and services in Kazakhstan and take into account all regional factors that may affect its development. For example, many entrepreneurs living in areas bordering China or Russia start their businesses by exporting goods from these countries. Therefore, if you are a resident of one of these areas, you can use this advantage to accumulate your initial capital. In this case, you should, before opening your business, study the volume and range of export supplies.
Step 2
Draw up a competent business plan on your own or with the involvement of specialists in order to get a bank loan to start a business, or to attract reliable investors.
Step 3
Register with the tax authorities as an individual entrepreneur (the organization of a legal entity will require a good authorized capital). To do this, you need the following documents:
- passport of a citizen of Kazakhstan;
- RNN;
- an extract from the house book (if you are going to work from home);
- a lease or sale agreement for the premises and its registration certificate (if you are going to open an enterprise or office);
- 2 photos 3, 5 × 4, 5;
- a list of activities (indicated in a special form).
Step 4
Apply to the bank for a loan. Of course, you can take out a loan to start and develop a business only by providing a reliable collateral (apartment, cottage, car). You will be able to convince the bank employees that you need a loan in the amount you specified if your business plan is really promising.
Step 5
If for some reason you were unable to get a bank loan, try contacting investors or find out how to become a member of the entrepreneurship support program in your area.
Step 6
Use the funds received strictly in accordance with the business plan. Buy everything you need at first and conclude contracts with suppliers or customers of your goods or services. In order to contact them, find all the information about them in the media and the Internet, or, which is important for your country, ask your relatives, friends and acquaintances to help you with this.
