There are several ways to make money on mushrooms: by creating a procurement artel or by organizing a pick-up point for mushrooms from the population; collecting them in the forest and selling them in the markets; growing in personal plots. In the first case, for the subsequent sale of mushrooms or products of their processing, you will need certification. In the other two, there is a sufficiently high-quality certificate issued in the collective farm markets.

Instructions
Step 1
Register a legal entity (CJSC, LLC) or obtain the status of an entrepreneur without forming a legal entity (PBUL). Rent a small room in the countryside. It is better if it is in a village, away from major transport routes and hiking trails. For the procurement base, 10-12 sq.m. is enough. Install storage racks around the perimeter, but remember that mushrooms are perishable goods, it is not recommended to store it longer than a day. Also from the equipment you will need a scale. When everything is ready - contact the district trade department, they will tell you how and where to get the certificates. Buy mushrooms from the population, and then sell them through a pre-established trading network in the nearest large city.
Step 2
Take the basket, go to the forest. Combining business with pleasure, you can also make good money on mushrooms. Choose places located 100-150 km from the city. Make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear in advance. Do not forget the compass and the map of the area, and also consider the possibility of a light snack at rest: sandwiches and a thermos with tea will come in handy on your hike. When collecting mushrooms for sale, try not to cut them, but with careful movements, as it were, twist them out of the mycelium - in this form, the mushrooms will retain their consumer qualities longer. Avoid overgrown tubular mushrooms, especially if the weather is damp. It will be difficult to carry them, but to sell them is almost impossible, because by that time they will be "reckoned" and become worthless. It is better to sell mushrooms in the city on the day of harvest, so from the station go straight to the collective farm market, where, in most cases, free or discounted places for "private traders" are organized.
Step 3
Grow mushrooms in your garden plots. As a rule, not only mushrooms and oyster mushrooms are subject to cultivation, but also quite "wild" mushrooms, chanterelles, boletus mushrooms and even boletus mushrooms. For each species, it is necessary to prepare the appropriate soil (and in some cases, woody substrate). It is better to plant mycelium in mid-autumn, on a rainy or at least cloudy morning. Within a week, it must be watered from a watering can with a divider. In the future, caring for a mushroom plantation is reduced to watering and applying organic fertilizers. It is recommended to remove mushrooms as they grow, avoiding overgrowth. They can be implemented both locally (not all of your neighbors go to the forest), and at collective farm markets in regional centers.
