Instructions
Step 1
Fill in the address and code part of the report with information on the legal entity, including all divisions of the enterprise. If a subdivision or branch of an enterprise is located in another republic, territory or region of the Russian Federation, then it is necessary to fill in the part of the form on the exclusion of these separate subdivisions from this information. Fill in the data on these units in separate forms 2-TP (waste) and submit to the territorial authorities at the location of the branch.
Step 2
Fill in all the lines and columns of the form. Each cell must contain a number or an absence sign in the form of a dash. Observe the significance of the indicators when filling out the form columns. Fill in a separate line for each type of waste, grouped by environmental hazard class. Designate line numbers with three-digit numbers. Number waste of I class of hazard from 100 to 199, II class - from 200 to 299, III class - from 300 to 399, IV class - from 400 to 499. Show in lines 100, 200, 300 and 400 total information on the amount of waste for each hazard class.
Step 3
Fill in the 2-TP (waste) form with the name of all types of waste by environmental hazard class. Fill in the amount of waste that has accumulated on the territory of the enterprise in previous years. Indicate the amount of waste generated during the reporting year and received from other organizations.
Step 4
Note the amount of waste that was completely neutralized during the reporting year. Indicate the amount of waste by destination group that was transferred to other organizations during the reporting year. Fill in the amount of waste that was placed for storage or disposal at the facility's premises during the reporting year. Summarize and fill in the information on all types of waste of I, II, III, IV class of hazard for the environment.
Step 5
Fill out the form 2-TP (waste). Indicate the number of landfill sites owned by the reporting facility. Specify separately the number of waste disposal facilities that do not comply with current regulations. Enter the total area of the waste disposal facilities owned by the reporting facility.
