The absence of a contract for the removal of solid domestic waste (MSW) can lead not only to environmental pollution, problems with neighbors, but also to penalties. To conclude a contract correctly, you need to pay attention to several aspects.
Instructions
Step 1
Find the right contractor who will work regularly and work honestly, complying with all laws and agreements. Contact your friends and leaders of neighboring organizations, perhaps they can advise you on such a company. Read ads in newspapers, media, on the Internet, compare prices and job reviews.
Step 2
Make sure you have a solid waste disposal license and other documents that determine the legality of the company.
Step 3
Contact the manager of the selected organization and start discussing the terms of the contract. Find out about the possibility of providing the entire list of services that you need: loading, transporting and unloading garbage. In addition, perhaps you also need recycling - each item must be spelled out in the contract.
Step 4
Think over all the little things right away so as not to come back to them after a while. For example, you may need a specific type of trash can or the possibility of additional flights on holidays - specify all this in the contract.
Step 5
Make sure that all limits and prices for services declared at the time of signing are spelled out in the contract. In addition, all conditions for price changes over time should be specified in detail and unambiguously, preferably so that the contractor cannot change them unilaterally.
Step 6
Be sure to include the following points in the contract for the removal of solid waste: work schedule, payment terms, volume and nature of garbage to be removed, mode of transport, terms and conditions of cooperation, etc.
Step 7
Specify in the contract the penalties and forfeits that may be imposed on the contractor in the event of untimely or poor-quality garbage collection.
