Instructions
Step 1
Draw up technical documentation for the production of products. Describe the manufacturing process, raw materials used. Indicate in the technical documentation compliance with fire safety, environmental protection and product storage conditions. Indicate the methods of product transportation, control methodology and acceptance rules.
Step 2
Prepare all the necessary documents to apply to the certification body. Collect a certified copy of a certificate of state registration of an enterprise, a certificate of registration, a certificate of assignment of statistical codes from Rosstat, documents of ownership or a lease agreement for production facilities, technical conditions.
Step 3
Obtain laboratory reports on manufactured products from Rospotrenadzor. Get a sanitary and hygienic certificate for the production of products, a fire safety certificate at a production facility. Prepare regulatory and technical documentation for the products used in production. Fill out a declaration of conformity, which confirms that the production has complied with all required norms and standards.
Step 4
Submit your application to the certification body along with the collected package of documents. The application is considered within two weeks, after which you are informed of the decision on the procedure and conditions for certification. Take samples of products for the laboratory in accordance with the requirements of the certification body that will issue the test report.
Step 5
Contact the competent organization to analyze the state of production and obtain the corresponding protocol. Submit the received protocols to the certification body. According to the protocols, a decision will be made to issue a certificate.
Step 6
Receive a production certificate, which is registered by the certification body in the State Register of the GOST R certification system.
