At the same time, the company's stores began to offer free shipping and many other programs, which were later taken over by competing networks.

In 2000 M. Video company literally made a breakthrough in the market. Together with Russian Standard Bank, she was one of the first to provide customers with the opportunity to purchase goods on credit. In the same year, two large M. Video electronics hypermarkets were opened in Moscow.
