- - voluntary agreement;
- - performance list.
Instructions
Step 1
If you have drawn up a voluntary agreement, it will indicate the amount of the support, the methods of payment, and the periods in which you must pay the specified amount to the beneficiary's account.
Step 2
For one child, you are required to pay 25% of all your income, for two children - 33%, for three or more - 50%. Also, alimony can be specified in a voluntary agreement or in a court order in a fixed amount. This payment method is most often applied to persons with no income or with variable income, but by agreement, you can draw up an agreement to pay a lump sum and to pay monthly, quarterly or every 6, 12 months.
Step 3
You can entrust the list of alimony to the accountant of the company where you work. To do this, submit an application and present a writ of execution or a copy of a voluntary agreement, indicate the recipient's account to which the transfers will be made.
Step 4
If you are not working, you can make independent bank or postal transfers to the recipient's account. Always receive a receipt for the transfer with the indicated amount of the transfer and the date of payment. Financial documents confirming money transfers will be useful to you in case of disputable issues, if a proceeding arises regarding non-payment of alimony obligations.
Step 5
Do not pass child support from hand to hand. If you practice this method, then receive a written receipt from the recipient indicating the transferred amount, passport data, date. It is better that when the receipt is drawn up, witnesses from your side and from the recipient's side are present.
Step 6
If you have drawn up a voluntary agreement on the payment of alimony and want to reduce or increase the amount indicated in it, then this can be done by drawing up a new agreement or in court. You do not have the right to change the amount of alimony on your own. A voluntary agreement is subject to strict execution along with a writ of execution.
Step 7
You can reduce the amount of alimony if the recipient agrees to this or in court, if you have more children or disabled persons are dependent.
