Uralsib provides 5 ways to check the status of a debit or credit card account. Among them - a personal visit to the bank's office, checking through an ATM, by phone, via SMS and via the Internet bank.
Through a Uralsib bank branch or ATM
Information on the state of the card account can always be found out personally by contacting the office of Uralsib Bank. A complete list of branches is presented on the bank's website, among which you can choose the most convenient by location. You must have a passport with you so that a specialist can verify your identity.
Give the card along with the passport to the bank employee. He will be able to provide you with a full range of necessary information: current balance or account statement with decryption of the latest card transactions.
If the bank branches are located in an inconvenient place for you, or you do not have a passport on hand, then you can use an ATM. There are much more of them, therefore, it is easier to find an ATM convenient for its location. Try to use Uralsib's own ATMs, or ATMs of partner banks. This will allow you to avoid the commission for checking the balance. When checking the balance at an ATM, you will need to insert a card and enter a pin code.
Via phone
In order not to go to a bank branch or ATM, you can use the free technical support of the bank. To do this, you need to call the toll-free number 8-800-200-55-20. The cardholder will be required to name the code word.
Through SMS banking
If you receive a salary on the card, or often make purchases using it, then the sms-informing service may suit you. With each expense and receipt transaction, an SMS will be sent to your phone with information about the amount to be debited or replenished and the current state of the balance. It will also be possible to find out the status of the account by sending SMS requests.
The service must first be activated. This can be done at a bank branch, through an ATM, or by calling technical support.
The first two months it is free, then its monthly cost will be 49 rubles.
Via internet bank
Perhaps the most convenient way to check your balance is through internet banking. This service allows you to find out the status of the balance online and remotely manage the account. To connect to the Internet bank, you need to contact the Uralsib branch with a corresponding application. There you will be given a login and password for initial authorization (then you need to change it).
