- - passport (not needed if the allowance is credited to the card and withdrawn from an ATM, when transferring money to another account via Internet banking).
Instructions
Step 1
Find out at the consultation on the design of the allowance where it will be transferred to you. If you are in an employment relationship and are taking parental leave, you must provide the necessary documents, including details for transferring money, at the place of work. Step 2
Open an account with Sberbank of Russia or another credit institution recommended by the employer or the social security department (or, if the conditions for issuing a specific benefit allow, in a bank of your choice). Step 4
Apply for a Muscovite social card or its equivalent, if available in your region, if the allowance due to you is credited to such a card. Step 5

Withdraw the required amount from the account within the available balance.
