Compared to version 1C "Salary and Personnel" version 8.2, 8.3 there have been changes in the user interface. But the process of changing the salary of employees is almost the same as in 8.2.

How do I change the salary of my employees?

  1. First, you need to open the main page of the program, go to the menu, where you select the section "Salary and personnel";
  2. Then find - "Personnel transfers";
  3. Here you need to create the personnel translation itself. To do this, you need to start the process of creating a document that will reflect the personnel movement;
  4. In the created document - fill in all the details: organization, employee, etc.;
  5. Do not forget to indicate the date of the document and translation equal to the date from which the salary will need to be changed.

Salary change process

  1. In the "Personnel transfer" you need to indicate the amount of the new salary required by the employee. Just put a tick “Change accruals” and register the salary in the first line of the table;
  2. It is recommended to indicate the reason for the change in salary, so that when changing an accountant or an unexpected check, everything is respected, there are no unnecessary questions;
  3. If necessary, you can charge an advance as a percentage of the tariff or a fixed amount;
  4. After all the entered data, you need to check and edit everything. After - the standard operation: "Post and close".
  5. At the next payroll to employees, a new salary will be set.

When does the salary change take place?

The management decides to change the salary for several reasons: raising or lowering an employee, profitability of the company, staff reduction, etc. The basis for changing the salary can be an official note drawn up and signed by the head of the organization or his acting.

What to write in the order to change the salary? After confirming the memo, you need to change the staffing table. The employee must familiarize himself with the document, then the personnel officer makes an addition to the personal file, a copy of the order goes to the accounting department. An additional agreement is concluded with the employee, which will apply to the employment contract. It is also necessary to notify the employee about the change in salary. If there is a decrease in salary, in this case, the employer is obliged to notify the employee unilaterally about the situation two months before the entry into force of the order.

According to the decree of the Goskomstat of Russia dated 2004-05-01, the abolition of the previously unified forms was adopted. Therefore, the order to change the salary can be drawn up in free form. For example, you can use Form T-5 ("Order to transfer an employee to another job"), if the HR program does not imply the use of a free form.
