Choose the organizational and legal form that will allow you to work effectively. When choosing, it is necessary to take into account the taxation system, which is applied in different cases. You can work as an individual private entrepreneur, but such an organizational and legal form as a limited liability company contains great opportunities. For its creation, the authorized capital of 10,000 rubles will be enough.

It is good if you already have experience working in similar industries, but, in any case, you will not be disturbed by the same experienced and qualified co-founders. They can be both individuals and legal entities. Select co-founders and together with them determine the sources of financing for the new production. Develop constituent documents, hold an organizational meeting of founders, select a director, company name of the enterprise, and draw up all decisions of the meeting in minutes. Register a company in accordance with the established procedure, open a bank account, order the production of seals and stamps.
Step 6
Buy or rent production facilities, purchase and install the necessary equipment. Recruit employees who will work on it, conduct training. Enter into contracts for the supply, purchase and sale of goods with consumers. Organize the accounting of income and expenses in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
