Step 1
Define the topic of your future online newspaper. If you plan to quickly start making money on your newspaper by placing ads and organizing subscriptions, make sure that the materials of the publication are interesting to as many users as possible. You can also draw up a business plan, which will clearly see the prospects for your publication and take into account all the costs of organizing it.
Step 2
Engage experienced designers, photographers, journalists to create a website if you want your newspaper to bring you profit in the shortest possible time. To find them, you can contact one of the freelance exchanges (for example, at www.free-lance.ru). However, it will be much better if you create a permanent staff who will know what their job responsibilities are and who will not need to constantly explain the concept of the publication.
Step 3
Think about whether you will conclude written contracts for the provision of services with your authors or still limit yourself to one-time orders. In the first case, you will pay them more, but you will be sure of the quality of the materials, in the second, you can waste time looking for suitable performers.
Step 4
Decide how often your online newspaper will be published and materials will be sent out. If you do not yet have experience working in Internet publications, the optimal frequency will be one or two times a month, with a constant update of the news feed.
Step 5
Determine how you will receive income from your publication: advertising, subscription, paid access to materials, etc.
Step 6
If you plan to get access to press events, you need to register your online newspaper with Roskomsvyaznadzor in Moscow (since the online edition assumes work not only in Russia, but also abroad). To do this, you will also need a certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur or legal entity. If you are unable to draw up documents on your own in the capital, you will also need a power of attorney issued in the name of the person who will register your online newspaper.
