Step 1
The most common way to get a statement is a personal visit to the bank. The clerk you contact about this will want to see your passport. If a bank card is attached to the account or there is a passbook or a similar document, you will need to present the one that is relevant in your case. There are banks in which the client can contact any branch on this and other issues. But in many, you only need to contact the office where the account was opened.
Step 2
Tell the operator for what period you need a statement or what operation you want to document. In the second case, it will be easier for him to work with the date, the purpose of the payment amount and the bank identifier (when making a transaction via Internet banking, it usually appears on the monitor after the payment is completed and can be called, for example, a reference). In some banks, a statement can be obtained directly upon contact. In others, its preparation takes some time, usually a maximum of a week. In this case, you will have to visit the bank again for the finished document.

In some banks, you can order a statement by calling the call center. To do this, you need to call the desired number and inform the operator of all the necessary information.
