And do not delay returning the jacket if you understand that you liked it in the store, but at home it turned out to be “big”. If the jacket is not defective, you only have 14 days to return it. If the item is defective, then you have up to 2 years to return.

Tune in to the fact that 8 out of 10 stores will first try to refuse you to take your jacket back. They can refer to the internal rules of the store, which say, "We do not accept clothes back." Get ready for the fact that even if you ask to call the manager and an important person comes with a badge, you will hear the same from him. But do not despair, the law is most likely on your side, and in the end you will be able to get your money back for a bad purchase.

Talk to the seller, ask him to understand you "humanly". If the jacket is new, then, in fact, the store will not lose anything from accepting it from you. But if in this case the store will refuse you, then carefully hint at litigation, because the law is on your side. No store needs courts that affect product quality and service.

If the sellers do not return money for the purchase in any way, then write a written statement to the store director, in which indicate the reason for the return and describe the actions of the sellers. At the end of the application, leave your contact details and attach a photocopy of your receipt. If the management of the store cares about their reputation, they will call you shortly and invite you to return the jacket.

Go to court if the store stubbornly refuses to accept the jacket. The fact is that many dishonest sellers, for whom the main thing is to "shove" the goods to the buyer, are sure that no one will go to court because of the jacket. If all the requirements for the return on your part are met, then you will be successful in court. The main thing is not to give up and defend your rights to the end.
