It is possible to obtain state support in the form of a subsidy for the development of small business in almost every region of the Russian Federation. The maximum amount of the allocated amount depends and the requirements for applicants depend on the specific subject of the Federation. Usually it is provided to enterprises and entrepreneurs, from the moment of state registration of which no more than 1 or 2 years have passed.
It is necessary
- - documents on state registration of an enterprise or individual entrepreneur;
- - confirmation of its compliance with the requirements for applicants for state support;
- - business plan.
Instructions
Step 1
All the conditions for the provision of state support must be found out in your regional agency for the development of entrepreneurship. This information can be presented on its website or the website of the local government (department) of economic development. The maximum amount of a subsidy in different regions ranges from 250 thousand to 400 thousand rubles.
Among the requirements for applicants, there may be restrictions on the types of activities, the goals for which the money will be spent (for example, for the purchase of fixed assets of production), the presence own funds to finance the project, etc.
Step 2
If you meet all the criteria, collect the required supporting documents. The requirements for them will be communicated to you by the agency's consultants.
Step 3
With them, you should consult on writing a business plan (it will be the basis for deciding whether to allocate state support to you, and the main criterion for the targeted use of the funds received by you).
If possible, purchase a manual on creating this document. Show the draft version to the agency consultant, listen carefully to the comments. Refine the business plan and demonstrate to the agency employees until they are finally approved by them.
Submit the finished package of documents to the agency or directly to the office or department of economic development, depending on the procedure adopted in your region.
Step 4
The order of consideration of business plans also differs depending on the region. In some cases, it is enough to submit the document itself for analysis to the Department of Economic Development. In others, you will have to defend your project before the commission: hold a presentation, demonstrate product samples if available, answer questions.
Step 5
After a positive decision and receipt of money, do not forget that after a year you will have to account for every penny of the allocated funds. So you should not spend it on goals that are not prescribed in the business plan.
