Step 1
First of all, think about what you want to do. Analyze how much the prospective business will be in demand in the market, what the costs will be, how soon the investment will pay off and the business will start to make a profit.

Get official unemployed status at your local Employment Center. To do this, submit the necessary documents to the Center.
Step 3
Write a business plan. You can do this yourself. If you have not previously had to draw up business plans, look on the Internet how this is done - there are a lot of literature on this topic and samples on the Internet now. Another option is to seek help from a company that specializes in this.
Step 4
Then go to the Employment Center again, write an application stating that you want to receive 58,800 rubles to start your own business and provide your business plan and all other necessary documents.
Step 5
After your application has been considered by the expert committee and approved, register with the tax office at the place of residence of an individual entrepreneur or a limited liability company. You will be assigned OGRN, TIN. Open a bank account.
Step 6
Submit copies of these documents to your local Job Center.
Step 7
After the subsidy is transferred to your checking account, start doing the business about which you wrote the business plan - buy equipment, rent an office, you can hire employees.
Step 8
Submit a report to the Employment Center that the funds have been spent as intended.
