To receive state support for small businesses, you must obtain the status of an unemployed. To do this, contact the Employment Service at the place of registration, register as unemployed and wait about two weeks. If your knowledge of business is not enough, but you are psychologically ready to start a business, you will be offered to undergo training in any of the local educational institutions, where you will be taught the basics of accounting, work with personnel and other skills necessary for a businessman. The next step is drawing up a business plan and defending it before the host committee. A sample business plan will be provided to you at the Employment Service, where they will also tell you about the basic requirements for it. The business plan will need to describe in detail all the costs that are planned in the first months after starting your own business.
