Visa Classic is a universal tool for making payments around the world. In addition, the personal account linked to this card can be used for payroll accounting. Follow these steps to get a Visa Classic card.
Instructions
Step 1
Come to any branch of the bank, the client of which you want to become (or already are), and write an application for the issue of a Visa Classic bank card. When filling out an application for a card issue, indicate your last name, first name and patronymic, passport data, as well as a special code word that is used to perform some operations with the card, including blocking it and obtaining information on transactions, if necessary. In addition, choose a type of future plastic card. It can be credit or debit. A credit card is used to store own funds and receive annual interest on them, and also provides an opportunity to “go into the red” with the subsequent repayment of the loan. A debit card can only be used as a substitute for non-cash funds.
Step 2
After ten to twelve working days, come to the bank and receive your card. Please note that along with the Visa Classic card, you will be given an envelope containing information about the card details, as well as its pin code. If necessary, upon receipt of the card, pay in cash at the bank for the cost of the first year of servicing the card (it is not necessary to pay immediately, since the required amount will be debited automatically upon the first replenishment of the account). Upon receipt at the bank, be sure to leave your signature on the back of the card, where a special paper strip is glued.
Step 3
After receiving the card, arrange for special services for the bank card, such as SMS-informing, as well as access to account information via the Internet. It will cost you between 30 and 60 rubles per month. If you want your salary to be transferred to your new card, write a corresponding statement in the accounting department of your place of work, indicating the number of the personal account to which the card is linked.
