Step 1

Take a special reporting form or install the Spu_orb program on your computer. This program can be obtained by contacting the branch of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation at the place of registration of the enterprise or downloaded from the official website of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation https://www.pfrf.ru. On the left you will see a list of sections, follow the link "For employers", then select the item "Free programs for employers". Then click on the link "Download the program" Spu_orb " and download the file with the program to your computer

Step 2

Fill in the "Information about the enterprise" section in the reporting form for the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. Indicate the name of the organization, legal address, TIN, as well as the registration number of the TFOMS, which is taken from the Medical Fund. All details of the enterprise report. Step 3

Complete the second section of the reporting. It contains information on assessed contributions to the company, data on which are taken from the accounting records of employee salaries. Step 4

Next, complete the first section of the report based on the second, third and fourth sections. If the company operates according to the simplified taxation system, then the third and fourth sections do not need to be filled out. In this case, the second section contains information on assessed and paid contributions. Fill out the fifth section of the report only if the company has a debt or overpayment to the Pension Fund at the beginning of the previous reporting year.

Step 5

Submit a report to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, starting from 2011, on a quarterly basis. Print two copies of the completed report and record one on electronic media. Submit all documents to the branch of the PF RF at the place of registration of the enterprise.
