Step 1

The possibility of leaving a limited liability company must be spelled out in the constituent documents of the organization. From the moment the founders receive an application for withdrawal from the company, the individual who wrote it is deprived of his rights and obligations. Participants pay the cost of the share to the retired founder.

Fill out the application on the p14001 form. On the title page, write in the full name of the limited liability company in accordance with the constituent documents, taxpayer identification number, registration reason code, main state registration number and the date of its assignment. Place a check mark in the details of individual attendees.

Step 4

On sheet D of this application, check the "Termination of rights to a share" item. Enter the last name, first name, patronymic of the individual in accordance with the identity document, the date and place of his birth.
