On August 3, 2006, the Federal Customs Service of Russia issued Order No. 724, according to which a cargo customs declaration must be filled in when exporting (exporting) goods from the territory of the Russian Federation. It is compiled by an enterprise that exports products abroad.

Instructions

Step 1

The export declaration consists of five pages. On the first page, write in the name of the organization that, according to the contract (contact), ships the goods to another country. Include the name of the company that receives the product. Write the name of the company that fills out the declaration, or personal data of the declarant, if it is an individual.

Step 2

Write the name of the country of origin of the goods (that is, where it was produced), the country of origin (the country of origin and the country of origin may be the same country), the country of the recipient (that is, where the goods will go).

Step 3

On the first sheet of the declaration, write in the quantity of goods to be exported, net and gross weight. Indicate the cost of the shipped batch of products in foreign currency (first convert rubles into world currency), write the exchange rate on the date of filling out the export declaration.

Step 4

Write the numbers, dates of certificates, other product approvals, add additional information if required. Indicate the marking of the packages, their number and other distinctive features.

Step 5

Write the type of vehicles within the country, at the border. Enter the place of loading (name of organization and address of its location). Specify the special terms of delivery of the goods, including the number of bank days of the deferred payment. As a rule, the period of sale of products begins from the moment the customer receives the exported goods.

Step 6

Mark the shipping authority, including the number and date of the seals applied, the signature of the person in charge and the estimated delivery date. Duplicate the first sheet five times. On the back of the first page, make other marks by the sender.

Step 7

On the reverse side of the fourth sheet, marks of the transit country are made about cases that occurred with the goods during transportation. The measures taken are indicated. The date of arrival at the customs control point of the transit country is stamped, as well as a seal. The fourth sheet is returned to the sending authority.

Step 8

On the fifth page of the declaration, fill in the necessary information in the same way as filling out the first sheet. On it, marks are made by the country-recipient of the goods, certified by the signature of the responsible person, the seal of the customs authority.
