Users of mobile services from Sberbank can send and receive payments in the same way as through its branches or website. If you wish, you can turn off the Sberbank mobile bank online through your personal account if you do not need this service.
Instructions
Step 1
To disable Sberbank's mobile bank online through your personal account, follow the link that you find below and enter the site using your personal username and password. Confirm your identity by entering a verification code, which will automatically be sent to you in the form of an SMS message. In your personal account, go to the settings section by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right part of the page.
Step 2
Open the "Mobile Bank" section and view information about the service. Below you will see a list of commands for performing various operations. You can turn off Sberbank's mobile bank using commands such as BLOCKING SERVICES, BLOKIROVKAUSLUG, BLOCKSERVICE or 04, one of which you need to type in the text of an SMS message on your mobile phone. Add the last four digits of your card number after a space, for example, 1234.
Step 3
Send a message to the short number 900, after which you will receive a notification that the mobile banking service has been successfully disabled. If you need to activate it again, repeat the previous steps, but the command in the request text should be of the form UNLOCK SERVICES, RASBLOKIROVKAUSLUG, UNBLOCKSERVICE or 05.
Step 4
Scroll down the page with a description of the service in your personal account, and you will see other ways to disable it. For example, you can call the free all-Russian number 8 (800) 555-55-50 or Moscow +7 (495) 555-55-50 and ask the operator to manually disconnect the mobile bank. You can also contact online support using the functions "Letter to the bank" and "Help online".
Step 5
If you have several active cards attached to one mobile number, or you want to disable the mobile bank forever, you need to contact the nearest Sberbank branch and write an application for disabling the service according to the sample provided. You will also need to provide the cardholder's passport and tell the bank employee your personal code word.
Step 6
You can also disable the mobile bank through any Sberbank ATM in the "Services" section, or simply do not use the card for a long period of time, which will lead to automatic blocking of the service.
