But if you change these and other data entered in the USRIP, you will need to document them by filing a tax application in the prescribed form.

Instructions
Step 1
The entrepreneur must reflect in the documents changes in his last name, first name and patronymic, passport data, registration address, adding or excluding types of activities. Depending on this, the corresponding sheet of the P24001 form is filled out, which can be taken from the tax office or found on the Internet. You need to fill out the application and attachments to it on a computer, typewriter or in block letters by hand in black or blue ink.
Step 2
Take copies of the documents confirming the changes (passport, marriage certificate, etc.). Make also a photocopy of certificates of TIN assignment and state registration of an entrepreneur. Sew all documents that include more than one sheet and stick paper on the back of the stitching site indicating the number of sheets, date, your signature and its transcript. If there is a seal, also put it on.
Step 3
Certify your signature on the application and copies of documents relevant to your case at a notary. To do this, you can contact any specialist who has the right to provide such services.
Step 4
Take the package of documents to the tax office. Depending on the region, this may be an inspection where you are registered, or another, the so-called registering one. If the documents are in order, you will be given a completed receipt of their acceptance and will be told the date when you can come and exchange it for a certificate of changes to the USRIP.
