If you have forgotten or lost your PIN code, first of all, be sure to inform the servicing bank about it. Since the PIN code was known only to you and was not saved anywhere else in order to ensure the safety of your funds, it will be impossible to recover it. At the bank, you will first need to block the card, and then write an application for its re-issue. After 7-10 days, you will receive a new card with a new pin-code, but with the same number.

If you relied on your memory, did not immediately contact the bank, entered the wrong pin code three times, your card was blocked, then you need to call the bank, provide the identifier password and the employees will reset the erroneous attempts to enter the code.
Step 4
If, after unlocking, you still cannot remember your pin code, and you urgently need money, contact the bank branch with your passport. You may be able to carry out an operation to withdraw cash from the card. But keep in mind that not all banks and not all types of cards can carry out this procedure.

If you have blocked the card while abroad, you will need to act on the same principle as in our country. However, do not forget that not all banks will agree to such a simplified system, since according to the agreement with the international payment systems Visa and Mastercard, the bank is obliged to liquidate the card that was blocked by the ATM.
