Not so long ago, Russian citizens got the opportunity to pay utility bills, fines, government duties and some tax collections through Sberbank terminals. As a rule, they are installed in those institutions that provide services, as well as in crowded places - shops, shopping centers.
Instructions
Step 1
When you are the owner of a bank plastic card, you can pay through the Sberbank terminal by bank transfer by transferring the required amount from the account linked to your card. Also, the payment can be made in cash, but this can be done only in those terminals that are equipped with bill acceptors.
Step 2
If you use a card, insert it into the terminal and, upon request, enter the PIN-code. In the case when you are going to pay in cash, click on the arrow "Cash payments", which is located in the lower left corner of the monitor. Activate the "Payments" tab using the buttons or by touching the corresponding inscription on the screen with your finger.
Step 3
The monitor will show a list of organizations to whose current account you need to transfer money. Remove the payment slip and bring the barcode printed on it to the scanner window. Keep the receipt at a distance of 5-10 cm so that the device can read the barcode accurately. If it succeeds, the scanner will emit a characteristic low beep, similar to those you hear in stores when the seller calculates the total value of the item.
Step 4
A copy of the payment order will be displayed on the monitor screen, check it against the paper original that you are holding in your hands. Check the details and the amount indicated for the payment. If you pay for utility bills, enter meter readings. Please confirm the entered information is correct.
Step 5
When paying in cash, start inserting the bill into the slot one at a time. When the required amount is displayed on the screen, confirm the operation with the "Accept payment" button. If a plastic card is already inserted, money will be debited from it automatically. Wait until the end of the operation and receive a payment receipt in your hands. Keep it with your receipt.
