Opening a service station (STO) is always a profitable business, because the number of purchased cars is growing daily. Sooner or later, all of them need repairs or just a consultation with a car mechanic and an electrician.
It is necessary
- - initial start-up capital (the amount depends on the capabilities and desires);
- - some knowledge and skills in the technical repair and device of the car.
Instructions
Step 1
Having decided to open a service station, find literate people who understand cars in advance. The service center should employ versatile specialists, such as: a car chassis repair specialist, an engine repair technician, an electrician-diagnostician. Car owners turn to professional craftsmen again and again.
Step 2
Decide on the location of the station. It can be two or three garages in a garage cooperative or one large complex, it all depends on financial capabilities. If you yourself own a couple of garages, then the question of the opening place disappears by itself, if not, then you can rent garages or other premises. If financially possible, you can build a specialized complex yourself (but it will be long and very costly).
Step 3
Develop a business plan, calculate all income and expenses. Look on the Internet for approximate prices for services provided by car services.
Step 4
Choose the equipment necessary for a car service, the more and better equipment you have, the wider the range of services provided by the car service will be, and, accordingly, the more profit will be. If you do not immediately have a large amount for the purchase of various equipment, then spend first on the purchase of a lift and a viewing hole. These settings are simply necessary for the car service to work. Think about what consumables, spare parts you will need all the time, buy them.
Step 5
Register your car service as an individual entrepreneur (individual entrepreneur) or as an LLC (limited liability company). If you decide to open a service station alone, it is more profitable and more logical for you to register as an individual entrepreneur and pay only ENDV (single tax on imputed income).
Step 6
Find a good accountant who will keep records of your business and report to the tax authorities.
