The success of a service station almost directly depends on two factors - a good location and the professionalism of the foremen working in it. The more customers your establishment serves with high quality, the faster the fame spreads about it as a really cool car service, which, as motorists know very well, there are not so many.
It is necessary
- - a plot of land from three hectares and a building on it with the ability to connect to utilities;
- - certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur or the formation of a legal entity;
- - the project of the service station building, approved by the SES, the traffic police, fire and environmental inspection;
- - a set of equipment, tools and a stock of components;
- - staff, the size of which depends on the number of services provided.
Instructions
Step 1
Find a building that is suitable in all respects to organize a service station in it. The car service should be located at a distance of at least 50 meters from residential buildings, be located in a separate building, and the adjacent territory should contain at least 3 hectares of land. From a marketing point of view, it is important that the car service is located in the immediate vicinity of a busy road, which should also not be forgotten.
Step 2
Draw up a service station project, which must be approved by Rospotrebnadzor (SES), traffic police, fire inspection and local environmental service. Compulsory licensing for this kind of activity has been canceled, the organizational and legal form is individual entrepreneurship, or a legal entity (LLC, CJSC, OJSC), the registration procedure is standard.
Step 3
Outline the range of car repair and maintenance services that you will provide. Starting from it, purchase a set of equipment (diagnostic and purely technical) and tools. One of the most profitable areas of work of any service station is the repair of injection engines, diagnostic equipment for this type of activity is not cheap, but in no case can you save on it.
Step 4
Recruit trainees based solely on recommendations, not on personal interview experience or candidates' track records. Your institution will turn out to be profitable only if people with "golden" hands will work in it, therefore, approach the solution of personnel issues with all responsibility. You need to motivate employees by giving them a percentage of the value of the orders they have completed; one fixed salary will never be a sufficient basis for shock work.
