You can register your club as a limited liability company or by becoming an individual entrepreneur. In addition, there is the option of buying a franchise from a well-known paintball brand. As a rule, it is cheaper to set up a business by purchasing a franchise license.
Step 2
The area of the territory where the games will be held must be at least 2000 sq. M. The optimal location is considered to be a place within 30-40 minutes drive from the city with a convenient access. A paintball club can be located within a sports complex, recreation center or boarding house. Games are held both outdoors (in most cases) and indoors. The area should be fenced off with a net to eliminate the danger of paint balls falling into random people.
Step 3
Provide a separate area for briefing and distribution of game equipment. Equip changing rooms and showers. Additional structures in the form of shelters and other artificial surroundings, as well as recreation infrastructure (cafes, accommodation for the night, barbecuing, swimming and fishing, guarded parking lot), will make the club more attractive in the eyes of visitors.

You will need 10-20 sets of play equipment: semi-automatic guns, uniforms, protective masks. In addition, you should take into account the cost of purchasing gelatin paint balls, cylinders with carbon dioxide, nitrogen or compressed air. You shouldn't skimp on the quality of the equipment, because you are responsible for the safety of your customers.
Step 5
The staff of the paintball club is made up of managers, instructors and judges for the competition between the teams. On average, the number of required employees is 5-6 people. Often, the staff is recruited from among students who are themselves passionate about playing paintball.
