The certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur is usually ready within five days after the submission of the necessary documents. Most often it is obtained during a personal visit to the tax office. And those who did not show up are usually sent by mail.
It is necessary
- - a receipt for the acceptance of documents for state registration of an individual entrepreneur;
- - passport.
Instructions
Step 1
A receipt for accepting documents for state registration as an individual entrepreneur takes one of the sheets of an application in the established form that you submit to the tax office. You should not fill out this receipt. This must be done by the tax officer who accepts the package of documents from you.
Keep this paper, because without it, the certificate and extract from the USRIP simply will not be given to you.
When submitting documents, if everything is in order with them, you will be immediately told when to come for a certificate. The law gives exactly five days for this. It won't be possible to get a certificate earlier, but you probably won't have to wait longer than expected.
Step 2
On the appointed day, you must, during working hours, come to the inspection where you submitted documents for registration. Depending on the procedures in a particular tax office for the issuance of certificates and extracts from the USRIP, a separate window or counter can be provided, or they can be issued in the same place where the documents are accepted. In this case, different times may be provided for accepting and issuing papers. You need to clarify these details in a specific inspection.
If there is an electronic queue for the issuance of certificates, it can be separate.
After waiting for your turn, present your passport and receipt of documents to the tax officer.
Step 3
If for some reason you cannot come for a certificate on time, check with the tax procedure for obtaining documents in such a case.
Usually, this document is simply sent by mail to the address where the entrepreneur is registered at the place of residence. So, if it does not coincide with the place of your actual residence, you will have to check the mailbox exactly where you are registered.
The tax office usually sends such documents by simple letter, so all you need to do is open the mailbox and then the envelope.
