Step 1
Your office will first be your own apartment. However, to save the city number, you will have to acquire a second telephone line and register, by agreement with the PBX, a new short number (for example, 005, etc.). If mutual understanding with the PBX has not yet been reached, leave the old city number or buy another, memorable one.
Step 2
Create your own database of phone numbers. To do this, you need to select the industry of goods or services (medical, construction, household appliances stores, etc.). Select from the telephone directory, city databases, advertisements, all phone numbers related to organizations and individuals working in your chosen field.
Step 3
The effectiveness of your helpdesk will depend on the advertising costs and the quality and speed of the information provided. Contact the directory publishers for your region to advertise your directory. Rest assured that they themselves are interested in releasing a new edition of the phone book as soon as possible, so advertising rates are usually not very high.
Step 4
A business by phone (any, not necessarily a reference one) can be organized using a cellular connection. Contact one of the telecom operators operating in your region, select and register a short number (usually four-digit) or a number in city format. Such an agreement usually assumes that you will give part of the profit (sometimes up to 60%) to the mobile operator. Using a short number, you can also open an SMS service for customer inquiries about goods and services they are interested in.
Step 5
You can make money on phone numbers without resorting to the phone itself. To do this, you will need to collect and organize all possible contact information in the industry in which you decide to specialize. So, for example, you can collect all the contacts of construction companies operating in your city, insurance agents, real estate agents, etc. You can arrange these phone numbers in different ways: contact a publisher and publish a reference book, or still open a reference service specializing in certain goods or services.
