Step 1
To start trading at the kiosk, you need to obtain a certificate of state registration from the tax office. You can open a legal entity, but it will be enough to register as an individual entrepreneur.

When the documents are received in your hands, you should find a convenient area for installing the kiosk. The plot can be purchased and registered or rented. The landlord can be either a natural or legal person, or the administration of your settlement. The site should be located in a passageway, where the maximum number of your potential customers will accumulate.
Step 3
To make it convenient for buyers to approach the kiosk, it is desirable that the site has a flat surface protected from moisture. Asphalt, concrete or paving slabs are ideal. If you are going to cover the site yourself, be sure to include this clause in the lease agreement.
Step 4
As a rule, trade booths are not placed on a capital foundation, but the bottom of the pavilion must be protected from cold and moisture. The elevation can be made with a pair of concrete blocks or pillars made of bricks. Pay attention to the stability of the kiosk during installation, as well as to its level. If, after placing the outlet on the stands, swaying or deviation from the horizontal position is noticed, substitute small pieces of any solid building material under the bottom in the right places.

It is desirable that the kiosk be supplied with electricity. You may need it not only for lighting, but also for the operation of the cash register and security and fire alarm systems.
