Step 1
According to the law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs", the tax authority is obliged to provide the charter, memorandum of association, minutes, decisions of the meeting of the organization's participants, as well as other materials in the organization's file, at the request of any interested person.
A copy of the constituent documents, according to the law, can be obtained by any person upon request to the IFTS. This document may be needed when collecting information about the counterparty, in order to recover documents.
Step 2
You can get a copy of the charter at the territorial office of the tax inspectorate, at the place of registration of the organization as a taxpayer. To do this, you need to fill out an application for a copy of the charter and pay a state fee. If you order not only the charter, but also other constituent documents, pay the fee based on the ordered documents. Payment can be made directly from the organization's current account or through Sberbank on receipt.
Step 3
