Step 1

Prepare the required package of documents. For persons over 14 years old, a passport is required, children under 14 years old will need a birth certificate. Submit documents proving eligibility for social assistance, compulsory health insurance policy and insurance certificate of pension insurance.
Step 3
Go to the office and fill out the application form according to the instructions on the back. If you have any questions, please contact an authorized employee. After filling out, sign the form in the dedicated field. You will need a 3 * 4cm photograph. If you have such a photo, bring it, if not, take a photo on the spot. This service is free. After completing the application, you will receive a temporary unified social ticket. He will give you the right to a reduced fare on city public transport.
