You can put money on a Muscovite's social card at a branch of the Bank of Moscow, using a “native” ATM equipped with a bill acceptor, or from an account opened in another bank.
Instructions
Step 1
Contact any branch of the Bank of Moscow. The list of office addresses is available on the official website of the organization, the button is located at the top of the main page. Show the bank employee your social card and your identity document. After checking the data, the specialist will take the cash from you and deposit it into your account. Keep in mind that if you made a transfer of funds before 17.00, they will be displayed on your card balance on the same day, and you will be able to dispose of them. If the transaction took place after 17.00, then the funds will be available to you only the next day.
Step 2
Use the "Bank of Moscow" ATM, the list of addresses where they are located can be found on the official website or by using a search query. Keep in mind that not all ATMs are equipped with bill acceptors, so it is better to clarify this information by calling 495-925-8000. Insert the Muscovite card into a special branch, dial the pin code. Select the "Top up balance" option. After that, enter cash into the bill acceptor, at the ATM you will see instructions on how many banknotes of different denominations it accepts at the same time. Complete the operation. To make sure that the money is deposited into the account, request a mini-statement.
Step 3
Transfer funds to the personal account of a Muscovite social card from an account of another bank. To do this, contact the branch of this bank, issue a payment order for the transfer of funds. Indicate the details of the "Bank of Moscow" in it. You can find this information on the official website of the Muscovite Social Card program or on the bank's website. In the column "Purpose of payment" write "Replenishment of the account …", then indicate the name, surname, patronymic of the owner, card number. The deposited amount will be available for use the next day.
