The Sberbank card can be replenished in several ways: deposit cash directly at the branch or through an ATM with the function of accepting money (cash in) and bank transfer from another account with Sberbank or an account with another credit institution. It is possible to make a transfer by visiting the bank branch where the account is opened, as well as using the Internet or mobile banking.
It is necessary
- - Sberbank card;
- - cash;
- - Sberbank ATM with the cash-in function when replenishing the card using this method;
- - passport when depositing money through the cashier;
- - an account with Sberbank or another credit institution with a balance that allows you to transfer the required amount and pay the bank's commission, if any;
- - card account number and details of the Sberbank branch where it is opened;
- - computer and Internet access for remote bank transfer;
- - telephone and access to mobile banking when using this method.
Instructions
Step 1
If you prefer to deposit cash at the cashier, please contact the Sberbank branch. When opening a card, it is better to immediately check with the operator where you can replenish it: only in the branch where it is open or in others.
Join the queue or get an electronic queue ticket by selecting the appropriate question from the machine. In the second case, contact the window that will appear on the board next to your number. Show the operator your passport, card and coupon with the number of the electronic queue, if available. Say you would like to deposit money.
Most often, the clerk will accept the required amount himself. But in some branches they can be sent to the cashier. Act as appropriate. You should be given a receipt, and the money should be credited to the card account immediately.
Step 2
You can also use a Sberbank ATM with the function of accepting funds (not all devices are equipped with it). Having found such an ATM, insert the card, enter the PIN-code, select the "Deposit cash" option on the screen (or another option that is similar in meaning).
Prepare money and insert it into the bill acceptor when the device prompts you to do so. Wait while the ATM checks the bills and displays the deposited amount on the screen. If you agree, give the command to transfer money to the account.
Keep the receipt issued by the ATM until you are sure that the funds have reached the card. They can be credited both instantly and within a few business days (usually up to three).
Step 3
To transfer from another bank, you will need your card account number (not to be confused with the number of the card itself on its front side) and the details of the Sberbank branch where the card is opened. They can be obtained by contacting the teller at the branch.
When you visit a branch of Sberbank or another bank where your account is open, give the operators a paper with the details and account number, a passport, and tell the amount of the payment.
Step 4
When using Internet banking, enter the details, amount and purpose (transfer of your own funds) of the payment into the system interface.
If you make a transfer through mobile banking, identify yourself in the system and enter the required values from the phone keyboard or dictate to the operator - depending on the procedures in a particular bank.
Money transferred from one bank to another is credited to the beneficiary's account within three working days. Transfers from account to account within the same bank usually go faster, most often instantly.
