Instructions

Step 1

Since July 2011, a new procedure for document circulation with tax inspectorates has been in effect, this, first of all, concerns letters. Sending all kinds of requests and letters through the ION system is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated June 22, 2011 No. ММВ-7-6 / 381 @, published on June 27, 2011. Install the Konturn Extern software on your computer and form a letter to the IFTS. To do this, in the top panel, select the "Services" menu and then "Write a letter". In the appropriate fields, enter the name of the sender, recipient (tax office number), subject of the letter or appeal.

Step 2

If you are an authorized representative and act under a power of attorney, simultaneously with the letter, in an attachment file, send an information message about the power of attorney to the tax office.

Step 3

After your letter has been sent, you will receive the following electronic documents: 1. Confirmation of the date of dispatch. This document is generated by a specialized telecom operator. It contains the date and time of sending the letter. It is sent to both sender and recipient addresses. 2. Receipt notification. This electronic document is generated at the reception complex of the Tax Authority in the event that the letter has been successfully uploaded. 3. Error message. You will receive it if the system failed to load the letter. This could have happened through your fault - the message will indicate errors that should be corrected and try sending again.

Step 4

After receiving your letter, the tax authority must register it and prepare a response if your letter requires a response and is not informational in nature. In case of refusal, a "Refusal Notice" is generated, which must indicate the reasons why your appeal was not satisfied. Registration and preparation of a response to your request is carried out within the time limits established by Section 11 of the Administrative Regulations of the FES RF.

Step 5

In case of receipt of a "Notice of Refusal", the workflow for this letter is considered complete. You need to correct the errors that are indicated as the reasons for the refusal and re-generate the letter.
