Step 2
Take your passport or other identity card with you and, in fact, the passbook itself. Most of Sberbank's offices are currently equipped with electronic queue devices. There are terminals at the entrance to the bank, where you need to select the menu item you are interested in and get a ticket.

Show your passbook and ID to the operating room worker.
