Instructions
Step 1
To check the card through the ATM, insert it into the device. Enter the PIN code and select the option to check the account balance (it can be called differently, but the meaning is the same). Depending on the ATM, take a receipt with the printed amount or choose whether to display it on the receipt or on the screen. Then choose the option to continue work of your choice, or complete it and collect the card.
Step 2
During a personal visit to the bank, show the operator your passport and card and say that you would like to know its balance.
Step 3
The bank's call center phone number is indicated on the back of the card and on the credit institution's website. Dial it, log in if necessary (most often they ask you to enter the card number, in some banks - then the password or other identifier) and follow the instructions of the autoinformer or connect to the operator. If necessary, provide him with additional information for your identification and ask a question about the account balance.
Step 4
The same procedure applies when calling a short number to a mobile bank. Mobile bank users can receive information about the account by SMS. Instructions with a number for sending a message and a request text are present in the documents received upon activation of the service. Usually, this information is also available on the bank's website.
Step 5
To find out the balance on the card via the Internet, log in to the Internet banking system. If the required information is not immediately visible, follow the appropriate link and, if necessary, click on the card account or the link next to it.
