If you consider yourself a good doctor, patients line up to you, and the salary does not increase, perhaps it is time to think about opening a private practice. According to Russian law, for this you need to obtain a license to practice medicine.
It is necessary
- - money;
- - premises;
- - equipment;
- - doctor's diploma, certificate, refresher courses, etc.;
- - at least 5 years of medical practice.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, register as a private entrepreneur and find suitable premises. Make a lease and renovate the room to inspire confidence in patients.
Step 2
Prepare the office for the visit of the SES - purchase sterilizing solutions, disinfectants, notebooks for keeping track of daily sterilizations, etc. (the list will be given to you at the SES). In addition, purchase all the necessary furniture and equipment for medical practice, and this list is also determined by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation.
Step 3
Contact a company licensed to remove household and medical waste and conclude an appropriate contract. Purchase a special box for medical waste here. In addition, you will need a contract for the disposal of fluorescent lamps.
Step 4
Invite representatives of the sanitary and epidemiological station to check (do not forget to pay for the visit of the commission). If everything goes well, they will provide you with a verification report (usually no longer than a week). In another month, the act will be signed by the chief doctor of the SES. Take the signed act to the city SES, on the basis of which an official conclusion will be made for you (in another month).
Step 5
In the meantime, prepare for the licensing commission visit. Buy and register a cash register and personal seal.
Step 6
For all equipment, prepare documents confirming the legality of the purchase. The absence of any device from the list may become a reason for refusal to obtain a license (even if you do not need it for work, you will still have to buy it).
Step 7
Prepare documents confirming your doctoral merits: diploma, certificate, refresher courses, etc. In addition, you will need documents on medical experience, at least 5 years of work in a clinic or hospital. Please note that teaching experience is not counted here.
Step 8
If everything is in order with the documents, expect a licensing commission in a couple of weeks (do not forget to pay for the visit). You will be given two months to eliminate the deficiencies found, but if everything is in order, the commission will draw up an inspection report.
Step 9
Wait for the meeting of the licensing commission (as a rule, no more than two weeks), at which a decision will be made on granting you a license to practice medicine. You can already start working with the extract from the minutes of the meeting, showing it to clients asking a question about a license.
Step 10
Finally, when the license is ready (in another couple of months), pay for it and get it. Now you can feel free to work and see patients.
