An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities may be required in different situations, for example, to confirm the legal status of an enterprise when concluding transactions or to obtain a loan from a bank. The normal time frame for the tax authority to issue extracts is five working days. The term for issuing an urgent statement is one business day. The procedure for obtaining an urgent statement is standard.
Instructions
Step 1
To receive an urgent extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, fill out an application to the territorial tax authority on the company's letterhead. Indicate in the text that the production of an extract is required urgently, enter the TIN, KPP and OGRN of the enterprise, explain for what purposes you need the extract, and indicate the address to which the finished extract should be sent (if you do not plan to pick it up yourself). Certify the document with the signature of the head and the seal of the enterprise.
Step 2
Pay the state duty for urgent production of an extract at any branch of Sberbank of Russia. To do this, take the details for payment at the territorial tax authority or check them on the official website of the IFTS of Russia. You can take the receipt form either directly from the savings bank, or fill it out on the Sberbank website and print it out. When paying the state duty, the bank does not charge a commission.
Step 3
Attach a receipt for payment of the state duty with the marks of Sberbank to your application for an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Submit these documents to the territorial tax authority. Check with the tax officer on which half of the day it will be better to come for an extract.
Step 4
Take the prepared statement within the specified time. If the head of the enterprise takes the extract, he needs to have an identity document (passport) with him. If an ordinary employee receives an extract, in addition to a passport, he must have a power of attorney confirming his authority to perform these actions.
