Step 1
Obtain a qualification certificate if you have a relevant education (legal, economic), or by providing a certificate of completion of auditor courses at a state educational and methodological center. In addition, work experience as an auditor, accountant, etc. is also required. at least 3 years.
Step 2
Since, according to the law, such a company can only be opened by a certified auditor, provided that 51% of the company's shares will belong to him. So if for some reason you cannot get a qualification, then draw up an oral or written contract with an auditor who has a certificate.
Step 3
Register a legal entity and receive the OGRN at the local tax office, as well as obtain the corresponding OKVED codes.
Step 4
In the incorporation documents, indicate the type of activity of your company (“audit”). Your organization must be included not only in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Within 3 months, enter information about your audit firm in the register of auditors and audit organizations.
Step 5
Register in the MRP a sketch of the seal of your company, providing notarized copies of the company's constituent documents, copies of the OGRN and the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, certified copies of the passports of the owners of the organization, OKVED codes.
Step 6
Buy or rent office space for your company. Get positive opinions from the fire department and sanitary inspection.
Step 7
After collecting all the necessary documents, obtain a license to carry out audit services by sending the documents to the local branch of the Department for Organization of Auditing Activities under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and paying the state duty. The package of documents includes: - copies of the constituent documents of the company, certified by a notary;
- certified copies of certificates (OGRN, MRP, TIN), OKVED statistics codes
- information about the details of the bank in which the firm's accounts are located;
- minutes of the order on the appointment of the general director of the company;
- a list of all officials of the organization;
- certified copies of diplomas of education, as well as certificates of attestation of auditors and officials;
- certified copies of their passports and work books.
The license is valid for 5 years from the date of its receipt.
