Acceptance of cash payments in "Sberbank" is carried out using forms of payment documents, in which must be filled in the details required for the transfer of funds to the destination.
Instructions
Step 1
Take the form PD-4 from the Sberbank branch - this is a form of a payment document that you can fill out on your own for any type of payment (except for payments sent to the budget). You can also print this form yourself if you have a computer and Internet access at hand. To do this, just go to the site of "Sberbank of Russia" and find there samples of forms of payment documents. Then print out the most suitable form for processing the money transfer.
Step 2
Fill in the field of the form, which on the left side says: "Notice". Fill in the required information about the payee. First, write the name of the company, that is, where this payment is sent (to which organization). Indicate the TIN and KPP of this enterprise below.
Step 3
Please note the beneficiary's account number. Write down the number of the current account, indicate the name of the bank in which this account is located (the bank of the payee).
Step 4
Enter information about the recipient's bank: BIK of the bank, as well as the number of its correspondent account and location (for example, the city of St. Petersburg, Northern branch of Sberbank No. 123).
Step 5
Enter the data about the payer: name, address, purpose and name of the payment (for example, order payment). Then enter the amount of this transfer. Next, output the total value (you need to calculate if there were several amounts).
Step 6
Sign and indicate the date on which the form was completed.
Step 7
Proceed to filling in the next field of the form: "Receipt". Also fill in the details of the payee and the payer, the payer's bank. Then write in the purpose of the money transfer itself. In general, you can simply transfer all the same data that you filled out in the "Notice" field.
Step 8
Give the completed form to the Sberbank specialist. Next, you will need to deposit a certain amount of money. If the payment is made without commission, then this amount will be equal to that. which is indicated in your completed document.
