Information on the use of water is provided in the form 2-TP (vodkhoz) by all legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who discharge wastewater and take water from water bodies, as well as who receive water from water supply systems and have recycling water supply systems.

Instructions
Step 1
Fill in the address and code parts of the report in the form 2-TP (vodkhoz). Specify the following information about the reporting company: company name, postal address, OKUD form code, OKPO company code, OKATO industry code, OKVED activity code, OKOGU department code, OKATO territory code, OKFS code of ownership, code of the legal form of the company according to OKOPF, code of the water management area. All data are taken from the information letter received in the state statistics bodies and informing about the inclusion of the company in the Unified State Register of Enterprises of all forms of ownership and management.
Step 2
Fill in Table 1 of Form 2-TP. Indicate the name of the water supply source and all the characteristics of the water used for the various needs of the enterprise. The table indicates how much water was taken from natural sources and received from other enterprises, as well as how much water was transferred and used by the enterprise. Record the amount of water received and withdrawn for each month of the reporting year. Indicate the established water intake limit for the enterprise.
Step 3
Fill in Table 2 of Form 2-TP "Water Disposal". Indicate the name of the waste water receiver and all indicators of waste water. Note what contaminants are in the wastewater. At the same time, indicate oil products, suspended products, BOD total, dry residue, sulfates and chlorides in tons, and indicate other substances discharged into water bodies in kilograms.
Step 4
Fill in table 3 of form 2-TP "Other indicators". Indicate the water consumption in the systems of repeated and recirculating water supply. Note the number of days and the average number of hours per day of the reporting water user. Indicate the total annual capacity of all treatment facilities that discharge wastewater into water bodies, storage tanks, irrigation fields, etc.
