Webmoney Keeper Classic is an application that allows you to conveniently manage WebMoney electronic money directly from your computer. The installation of this program is practically no different from any other. However, before using it, it will require an activation procedure, which requires confirmation of identity and equipment.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the main page of the official WebMoney website. On the top right side there will be a download link. Follow it. In the list of programs for downloading that appears, find the Webmoney Keeper Classic application and click “download for MS Windows”. A window will automatically pop up to select the location to save the downloaded installation file. Select the path and click "OK" or "Save".
Step 2
Find the downloaded installation file. It is called wmk_ru.exe. Start it up. If security is configured on your computer, the system will display a "User Account Control" window asking you to confirm that you are allowing this program to make changes. Click Yes. If you downloaded the file not from the official site, it is not recommended to agree to these actions.
Step 3
Click the Next button in the appeared Webmoney Keeper Classic installation window. Read the user agreement. To proceed with the installation, you must agree to all terms of use of the program. To do this, check the box next to the line "Yes, I agree" and click the "Next" button.
Step 4
Select the location to install the program. By default, the system will prompt you to install the application on the C: drive in the "Program Files" folder. It is not recommended to change this path unless there is a serious need. Click "Next". On the next page you will be asked to select a group from the Programs menu. The default is "Webmoney". Just click Next without changing anything. Review the information on the installation process and click Next.
Step 5
Wait until the installation of Webmoney Keeper Classic is completed. In the process, a certificate download dialog box will pop up. Click Yes. Otherwise, the program will not install on your computer. After the installation is complete, a window with a "Finish" button will appear. Before clicking it, examine the contents of the window. One of the points is to install a plug-in for Internet Explorer and FireFox browsers. If you do not use them or do not need this add-on, uncheck the box next to the "Install WebMoney Advisor" line. Then click "Finish".
Step 6
Launch the Webmoney Keeper Classic shortcut that appears. Despite the fact that the program is installed, you will not be able to use it until you log in. In the window that appears, select the login method, WMID and password, click "OK". Since you have just installed the program, the system will ask you to explain the reason for the absence of service files. Next, you will need to specify a key file, a password from it or an account in E-num. If everything is done correctly, Webmoney Keeper Classic will load.
Step 7
Activate the equipment on which you have installed Webmoney Keeper Classic. To do this, enter the activation code that will be sent to you via SMS to the phone number specified in your Webmoney profile. This can also be done through E-num. After completing these steps, press F5 in the program. Activation may take several minutes, after which Webmoney Keeper Classic will be ready for use.
