The provision of an extract from the state register (USRIP for individual entrepreneurs and USRLE for legal entities) is under the jurisdiction of the Federal Tax Service. It may be needed when opening an account in a bank, obtaining licenses for various types of activities, to participate in tenders and competitions.
Also, the statement is often requested in order to verify potential business partners.
It is necessary
- - an application for the provision of an extract from the USRIP or the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- - a receipt for payment of the state duty 200 rubles (standard) or 400 rubles (for the provision of an urgent statement)
Instructions
Step 1
Obtaining an extract from USRIP.
If you need to issue an extract from the USRIP for yourself, then it will be provided free of charge on the basis of an application in free form. If you issue an extract to a third party, you must first pay the state fee in the amount of 200 rubles, or 400 rubles - then you will receive an extract within 24 hours.

In the application to the tax office (at the place of residence of the individual entrepreneur), indicate: "I ask you to provide an extract from the USRIP in the amount of 2 (two) copies in relation to _".
Step 2
An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities is provided according to a similar scheme with the USRIP. In the application, you must indicate:
- the name of the legal entity;
- INN / PSRN;
- passport details of the applicant (provided that you order an extract as an authorized legal entity - power of attorney);
- it is also desirable to indicate the postal address. It is necessary if you cannot receive an extract on the day of issue.
Step 3
You can also order an extract from the USRIP or the Unified State Register of Legal Entities via the Internet. This can be done on the FTS website at https://www.nalog.ru/rn77/service/egrip/. In this case, the extract can be provided in electronic format, or in hard copy "personally to the applicant".
Step 4
For any form of application, an extract from the USRIP or the Unified State Register of Legal Entities must be provided to you within 5 days after registration.
