Part-time employers are required to issue them within three days at the written request of the applicant. The accuracy of the copies is evidenced by the signature of the management and the seal. The copy also indicates the number from which it is issued.

Rules for making part-time entries in the workbook

Entries in the work book are made in accordance with the procedure for maintaining work books established by the Ministry of Labor.

The information is recorded neatly with a blue, black or purple paste, without any abbreviations. For example, you cannot write in abbreviated form Pr. instead of the Order, or transl. instead of translated.

The procedure for registering for a job:

  1. Following the last entry in the work book in the section "Information on work" is a serial number.

The rule for making a record of dismissal in the work book of a part-time employee is identical to the record of admission. In accordance with the example, the dismissal record will be: “Dismissed from the position of an accountant of his own free will from OOO Weststroy, paragraph 3 of Article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation”.
