Sberbank Online is a very convenient free service for managing your finances, developed for the clients of Sberbank of Russia. Confidential information: PIN-code for a bank card, login and password in Internet banking must be kept at home on paper, or remembered.

The reasons for changing the password in Sberbank-online are different. You forgot your password, username and password were written on the ATM receipt that was stolen from you or you lost it. You suspect that someone has found out your data and may use it for personal gain.

If you are unable to enter the online account and change the password in Sberbank-online yourself, call the Sberbank help desk, it is indicated on the back of your card. And your password in Sberbank-online will be blocked. Then proceed according to the instructions received from the operator.
Step 4
In order to change the password in Sberbank-online at the entrance to the service, select "I cannot enter" located to the right of the "Login" button, an instruction will appear on the screen on how to proceed. Select the phrase: "use the password recovery form", you will be prompted to enter your ID or login, and the code from the picture into the form that appears on the screen. After entering the data, you will receive a confirmation via SMS and set a new password.

If you lost your login along with the password, call the Sberbank contact center, it is listed on the Sberbank website, or register with the service again. Sberbank Online will be available to you with restrictions. Remove restrictions, for this, make one operation and confirm it by calling the contact center.
Step 6
If you lose the list of one-time passwords that all users receive when connecting to the Sberbank-online service through a Sberbank ATM, request a repeated list of one-time passwords at any ATM of Sberbank of the Russian Federation. If you have activated the Mobile Banking service, you can request a new password from the phone number connected to your bank card.
