Check out the law "On Education" or invite an expert who will help you organize a training center according to the standards prescribed by the law.

Choose which educational services your training center will specialize in (standard training courses, authorized training courses, trainings or monocourses).

Register a legal entity as a non-state educational institution (non-state educational institution), get a certificate of registration (OGRN), OKVED codes.

Obtain a license to provide services from your local department of education if you plan to open a training center for a fee. To do this, you will need the following documents: - an application for a license;
- a list of educational programs that you are going to use during the work of the center;

- information about the rented premises (address, technical conditions, expert opinions on sanitary conditions and fire safety);
- information on the provision of the learning process with the necessary literature and material and technical equipment of the center (extract from the balance sheet);
- information about teachers;
- OGRN certificate and extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (originals or certified copies). The Department of Education may request other documents, about which its employees will inform you directly on the day of application. Within a month, you can get a license if all your documents meet the standards developed for educational institutions.

If you are going to open a free training center for the development of a dealer network or for the purpose of retraining employees of your organization, then in this case you may not receive a license to provide educational services.

Place advertisements in the media for recruiting employees. Interview candidates for the training center teaching position.
